Adaptive Cooling tunnel
This cooling tunnel was designed to additionally cool the drivers required to run the stepper motors on a custom 3D printer. More expensive drivers like the series from Trinamic offer a wide arrange of extra features but result in additional heat generation.

In the design, we based it around a commonly used 5010 radial fan to provide high air flow with the additional capability of PWM to control the airflow to noise ratio.
Mini Centrifuge
A client requested design, based off of supplied reference files to create a custom and inspired centrifuge. Combining both a fancy design alongside a fully functioning model.

For additional capability, included in the design was a collet like system. Using interchangeable inserts for different sized test tubes. Using a 608 bearing for long lasting performance and a custom machined stainless steel base to act as a weight to lower the center of gravity of the model.
