My Machines
Printer (Prototyping)
All our machines are built to a very high standard and receive intense testing and calibration to ensure a high performance and quality output while maintaining high speed to keep machine costs as low as possible.
Printer (Multi - Material)
This printer was custom built by us and is designed around focusing on rapid prototyping. Equipped with a specialized nozzle x sold by E3D fitted into a volcano setup. This enables the printer to melt plastic at incredible rates, alongside the capability to print multiple abrasive filaments.

This printer was also custom built by us with the focus of creating the more complicated models with the addition of multiple filaments and / or colors. Made possible by a multi-material unit, capable of switching between 5 different filaments on the fly. Also included with a full enclosure for printing filaments prone to warping and connected up with OctoPrint for advanced monitoring.

The advanced multi-material system allows us to not only change colours in the model but also mix materials, as each material has a unique set of properties, creating parts with unique benefits from all types of material for example:

PLA - Easy to print, will bed before breaking

Flex - Flexible parts or joints

Nylon - Hard wearing and self lubricating

PC - High temp resistance

PETG - Outdoor use and chemical resistance
